The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. The location was also great, being close to public transportation and surrounded by plenty of attractions and dining options. The breakfast selection was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

The room we stayed in was not up to the standard we were expecting. The fixtures and fittings were outdated and showed signs of wear and tear.

We loved being in the heart of the city center with all the famous tourist spots within walking distance. The 24-hour services like room service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance were very helpful, and the room amenities were top-notch with spacious sitting areas, soundproofed rooms. The staff was exceptional and delivered excellent customer service with their polite and professional demeanor.

We highly recommend this place to family and friends as it meets all needs and provides a respectful and ethical service.

The staff was superfriendly, the room was cool and cosy. The location was brilliant, at a near distance from a publicly owned art museum.

We were impressed with the location of the hotel, just a stone's throw away from the train station and easily accessible to other areas of Greater Manchester. Our room was super clean and equipped with all the essential toiletries. The warm cookie we received at reception was a lovely treat, made us feel welcome.

The property is clean with a lovely design, and the continental breakfast is satisfactory. Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a work desk, multi-channel TV and ironing facilities in the room.

Marvellous position along with exceptional staff are the reasons we appreciated this bright hotel.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making exploring the area by foot super easy. It's located right near the train station, which makes arriving and departing stress-free. The spacious rooms, comfortable beds and high-quality bathroom products make for a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and the friendly staff are always on hand to help with anything you might need during your stay. Plus, the hotel has a lovely gym and cosy restaurant with excellent staff!

There was some noise from other guests in the building which disrupted my sleep during the night.

I would recomand it and would return here. Spotless, excellent value hotel, the location was best possible really close to train station, the Piccadilly Gardens, the market. The breakfast was freshly cooked and there were plenty of options. Had early check-in experience and the staff was accommodating.

The host, Mart, was incredibly welcoming and helpful from start to finish. The amenities and facilities in the apartment were modern and convenient.

This hotel is great location in the heart of the city, next to the train station and close to all the major attractions. The staff was friendly and cute, and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. The bar offered a good selection of drinks, and the restaurant had the best beef I've tasted.
